Thick as thieves frontmen Billy Barratt and David Vincent bring you Billy Vincent, a South London based five-piece band spearheading a new sound for 2009, ‘Dirty Folk’.

Billy Vincent sound indisputably unique but dig deep and you can hear influences from the likes of Nick Cave and Conor Oberst. Billy Vincent’s catchy-as-hell songs are delivered with passion, wit and panache, making them one of the most compelling emerging artists around.

With their first single ‘Sugar & Soap’ scheduled for release on independent label Sidewalk 7 on April 20th, Billy Vincent are heading for a busy summer, with additional singles supporting festival appearances in the run up to the release of their debut album towards the end of the year.
